  • How often should my client come back for a hair extension weft refit?

    Refit appointment needs vary based on how fast your client’s natural hair grows and how well they look after their extensions. If they see noticeable regrowth or any movement at the anchor points, it’s best to bring the appointment forward to keep everything secure and comfortable. 

  • What shampoo should not be used on Remy weft hair extensions?

    Avoid using sulphate-based shampoos on remy weft extensions, especially those containing SLS or SLES, as they can strip moisture and weaken hair extension weft bonds over time. Heavy clarifying or protein-overloaded formulas should also be used cautiously.
