SCAM EMAILS

It has come to our attention that a number of our customers have received emails from addresses impersonating ourselves, and sometimes requesting money. Please be aware that we will never contact you in this way, and all communications will come directly via telephone from our Customer Support team, or our official email address, help@remicachet.com.

If you are concerned about any communications you have received from anyone claiming to be acting on the behalf of Remi Cachet, please use the contact form on our website to report them.

We value the safety and security of all our customers and want to ensure you are protected online at all times. Please help us by being vigilant against these online impersonators.

Orders

  • How can I place an order?

    Once your trade account has been approved, you can place an order on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We do not accept telephone orders. Contact our Support Team for more information.

  • Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

    You are unable to change or add to your order once it has been placed. Orders are actioned immediately by our warehouse team and you will need to place a new order if you’ve missed anything.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched which includes tracking information. You can also find tracking information by logging into your account.

Delivery & Returns

  • What delivery options do you offer?

    Click and Collect: Free, DPD - Express: £5.49, DPD - Before 12: £6.99, DPD - Saturday Delivery: £6.99, Royal Mail - Standard: £3.95, Royal Mail - Express: £7.49, and International Delivery from £12.99.

  • What if I won’t be in to receive my order?

    A signature is required for all deliveries unless you request it to be left in a safe place or with a neightbour. Please note that requesting it to be left in a safe place is at your own risk and liability.

  • Will I be charged import duty?

    If placing an order from outside the UK, any import duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as regulations vary in regards to the charges which apply from country to country. Please ensure you are happy with any potential tax or duty charges before proceeding with your order.

  • Can I return a product?

    Yes. Products can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase if they remain in their original, unopened packaging, with health and hygiene (security) tags intact. Refunds for unwanted products vary based on return timing: 100% within 30 days, 75% between 30-45 days, and 50% between 45-60 days. See our Returns page for more information.

  • How long does a return take to process?

    Returns are typically processed within 14 days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.

Products

  • What lengths of hair extensions do you offer?

    Remi Cachet hair extensions come in a wide selection of lengths from 10” up to 30”. However, not all lengths are available in every applications method, colour, or range.

  • Can I colour hair extensions?

    We recommend keeping our hair extensions in their original colour. Deciding to colour or tone them falls entirely under your responsibility and risk. Remember, these extensions have already undergone chemical processing. Choosing to alter their colour could compromise their integrity and appearance. If a colour change is a must, consider dyeing the client’s natural hair to match the extensions before installation.

  • What does T and DD mean in your colour ranges?

    When a colour starts with T it means that the colour is a root stretch colour. For example, if the colour is T5-9/613 this means that it will be a 9/613 mix with a root stretch of colour 5. Our root stretch length is around 2-3 inches depending on the overall length of the hair. When a colour starts with DD it means that the colour is a dip-dye colour. For example, if the colour is DD2/6 this means that the top half of the hair is colour 2 followed by a colour 6 on the bottom half of the hair.

  • What is the difference between the Super and Standard colour rings?

    Our Super Ring features larger swatches, we recommend this ring for Salons and large workspaces. Our standard  colour ring has smaller swatches and is more suitable for those who may have a smaller workspace or are mobile.

  • What is the difference between the Elegance, Deluxe and Luxury ranges?

    Elegance is our most popular range and is double drawn Remy hair. Deluxe is our double drawn mid-ratio hair that is sourced from China. Luxury is naturally drawn Chinese Remy hair which tapers to a natural finish.

Care for your hair

  • What haircare products should I use on my hair extensions?

    We only recommend the use of the Remi Cachet aftercare to maintain healthy hair extensions and prolong the longevity of the hair. We offer a variety of products in the range, including a shampoo, conditioner, miracle mist with added heat defence, and hair oil.

  • Can I use heat on Remi Cachet hair extensions?

    As Remi Cachet hair extensions are made with human hair, you can use your regular heat tools on them. We suggest no heat above 180° Celsius or 350° Fahrenheit to protect the structural integrity of the hair.

  • Why are my Remi Cachet hair extensions fading?

    Fading can happen to hair extensions, just as easily as it can to regular hair. Visit our aftercare guide to see how you can precent colour fading.

  • What is discolouration and how do I prevent it?

    Discolouration is caused by something external reacting with the hair extensions, and can typically be attributed to perfumes, lotions or creams on the skin that then come into contract with the hair.
