Returns

We want to make returns as simple and hassle-free as possible. If you need to return an item, you can quickly start the process through our online returns portal below. Please make sure your items meet our returns conditions before sending them back.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and all health and hygiene (security) tags remain intact.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion if products do not meet our returns criteria.

How much refund will I receive?

Refund amounts for unwanted items depend on when the return is made:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: 100% refund
  • Between 30–45 days: 75% refund
  • Between 45–60 days: 50% refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, refunds are usually processed within 14 days.

After you receive your refund confirmation email, please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. This will be deducted from your refund when using our returns portal.

What condition do returned items need to be in?

All returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition
  • With all health and hygiene (security) tags intact

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

What happens if my return is damaged or opened?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for products that:

  • Have been opened or used
  • Are damaged
  • Are missing health and hygiene (security) tags
  • Are not in a resaleable condition

If this happens, we may need to return the item back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Can I return used items?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened products unless they are faulty.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning the unwanted product in line with our returns policy.

How should I package my return?

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend reusing the original packaging where possible.
