Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 30th April 2021.
We understand that you may wish to return products occasionally and we have tried to make this process quick and easy. We try to deal with returns and make refunds within 7 days of receiving your return, but promise to make all refunds within 30 working days from receipt of goods at our warehouse.
Before attempting to return an order you will need to download and print our returns form, which can be downloaded from our website. If you are unable to print our returns form, please ensure that you include all of the information requested on the form within a note inside your return.
Any unwanted products can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase as long as the product is still in its original, unopened packaging with all security tags still in place. We reserve the right to refuse returns of unwanted products for any reason, at any time.
Unwanted products that are returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a 100% refund, those returned between 30-45 days will receive a 75% refund, and any products returned between 45-60 days will receive a 50% refund.
You are responsible for the returned products until they reach our warehouse. The cost and risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage and use a tracked and insured postage service.
Where we agree to accept unwanted products back from you, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee of 25% of the product price.
If you feel that your product has a manufacturing defect or fault, this should be reported to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date of delivery unless you are eligible for Hairsurance®. If you are eligible for Hairsurance®, you should follow the specific instructions given for that guarantee.
