Welcome to the new Remi Cachet Professional website!

We’ve had our very own transformation and our new website is now live. We are now professional only, with stylists ordering directly from us for that full Remi Cachet experience.

We have always believed that to have the best experience and results with our hair extensions, they should be applied by a trained professional stylist. This move allows us to concentrate further on our professional stylists, supporting their business, and our hair industry. We will continue to work closely with stylists to develop our range and continually improve our product and service to meet their needs.

For those who have a Trade Account with Additional Lengths, this can easily be transferred with an exclusive email invitation that was sent on 5th July at 9am. If you didn't previously have a Trade Account, you can easily apply by visiting our Registration Page.

So, grab a cup of your favourite brew and sit down to browse the site to find your favourites and maybe discover something new!

• Introducing Hairsurance giving a guarantee for our hair extensions for up to 180 days from purchase and promoting healthy haircare
• Extended Returns Policy of up to 60 days from purchase 
• More stylists’ favourite products including brands like Moroccanoil, Hair Made Easi and more..

• Find the Remi Cachet email invitation in your inbox and click to accept. If you cannot see the email after 9:15 am on Monday 5th July, please check your junk inbox in case we have landed in there and contact us if you still cannot see it.
• Check account details are correct.
• Check if you are on the new Find A Stylist – if not, please contact us and we will send you a private link to complete this. Alternatively, find the link on the Find A Stylist page once logged into your account.

Your Additional Lengths Trade Account will remain open for you to access your old account history when you need them, although the trade discounts will no longer be available as of 16th July, so we recommend using the new Remi Cachet site from now.
