The Most Wanted Looks This Summer
We’ve had one of the best summers on record and two of our Super Stylists share what looks their clients are asking for RN for the perfect summer tresses.

This summer it’s all about a natural look. Think lived in Bondi beach look, not just in terms of colour, but in the cut and with a few hair extensions to help. A lot of my clients have been going for the chop as lobs are still trending, using just 50 individual bonds to fill them out has allowed my clients to hide those broken sides creating a heavy weight line, enhancing face framing and their colour. Let me share some of my recent clients to really show this.
Rebecca here is wearing 50 bonds of the T5-7/20 to match her new natural balayage and face her frame beautifully.
TOP TIP: Face framing is a huge request and to achieve this I switch up my ratio of light to dark by placing 2-3 lighter bonds at the start of my row and then alternating light and dark, to filter it out and blend to the back resulting in the perfect balayage look.
Jay wears shades T5-55 & T5-7/20, around her hair line I placed 2-3 lighter bonds and filtered through to the back my alternating light and dark to create a contrast and blend.
Natural shades have had a comeback too. Poppy wanted a ‘mushroomy’ brunette and the Colour 5 Flat Tips was the perfect match. Normally a lover of a full head of long extensions, we went for less with just 75 bonds (around half a head) and shorter for that more natural look.

Trending now, and for the months ahead, I see beachy waves with blunt straight ends are hugely popular with my clients.
Clients are looking to enhance their texture and go for side bangs to enhance the face framing on both mid and longer lengths. Emily Ratajkowski has had a strong influence here, recently changing her famous chocolate locks to blonde. Sticking to her signature face-framed mid-length cut with loose waves which I find is so popular now.
