Little Lady Locks
Back in April we announced our work with the UK children’s charity,Little Lady Locks. Based in Manchester, the charity supplies and fits hair replacement systems creating wigs, hats and headbands for children suffering from alopecia and other hair loss conditions.
Taking advantage of your unwanted hair extensions that still have life in them, these are sent to Little Lady Locks to be cleaned, fumigated and washed by the charity before being sent to the team of wig makers. Full-length wigs, hair closures for hair replacement systems and accessories such as hats and headbands with hair attached to them are then created.

Matter Of Trust
For the last four years to promote our environmental responsibility, sustainability and awareness around the recycling of human hair extensions we have teamed up with Matter Of Trust and their Clean Wave program.
With this collaboration, the charity can create “hair mats” with your unwanted human hair extensions to keep our oceans clean and sustainable for sea life. “Hair mats” are a safe and non-hazardous way to protect coves and beaches from the many oil spills that occur every year.
The hair extensions we use are unwanted hair human hair extensions that aren’t suitable to be repurposed for our work with the charity Little Lady Locks.

Warm Spaces
In November, we were honoured to announce our involvement with Stockton -On-Tees borough Councils event Warm Spaceswhich is providing free cinema tickets to families to enjoy while keeping warm this winter.
With the cost of living rising, specifically including the steep rise in the price of heating and energy bills, “Warm Spaces” is a scheme to try and help residents in the area through this challenging time with free, non-judgement places where people can go to get warm whilst saving money off their heating costs.
Held at the ARC Stockon, the venue will be putting on cinema showings on Saturday afternoons until the end of January. With more than 1,000 tickets available these will make a difference to families by having a place to stay warm this winter and along with the support from other businesses in the Stockton Improvement District we are honoured to have funded these tickets.

Ukraine Appeal
Working with Hogg Logisticswe contributed to the Ukraine appeal supplying the needed supplies across; medical supplies, over-the-counter medication, sanitary products, nappies, disinfectant and first aid kits. Not only did we as a business and our staff individually support this appeal but we also informed our customers across platforms that we were a collection point for these supplies and the response we got from this was outstanding to support the people in Ukraine.

Best New Tees Business Awards - Sponsor Of Best New Sole Trader
In 2003, our founder Victoria Lynch was flying solo in the business world, so, almost twenty years later, we were thrilled to be sponsoring the Best Sole Trader award at this year’s Best New Tees Business Awards.
Recognising those businesses brave enough to fly solo in the business world as well as their talent, drive and ambition to make things happen it was an honour to be involved in this celebration.
Without all of our customers, we wouldn’t be able to give support to the extent that we do, so for that, we can’t thank you enough. If you have any questions about the causes we support, feel free to contact us.
